1) Did the program help you overcome any pain or injuries?

Have had on and off shoulder pain for years which was exasperated by a recent shoulder dislocation. Physio, yoga and acupuncture saw some improvement but I had ongoing pain issues and it limited my strength in the gym.

Within 2 weeks of following James' program I began waking up without shoulder pain for the first time that I could remember. The longer I follow the program the better I feel and am now seeing my shoulder recovery from workouts improving and my shoulder strength is increasing.

2) Was the layout of the program simple to understand? Anyway this could be improved?

Easy to follow along routines. Each routine would take me 20-30 minutes with next to no set up so I could easily find time during the day.

3) Would you recommend JK Mobility to friends and family based on your experience?

I would recommend JK Mobility to anyone who suffers from pain in their body. Consider me converted to the Book of Mobility.

4) If you had goals at the start of the program did you achieve them?

My goal was to wake up in the morning without shoulder pain. I now wake up every day paid free and I have added strength and flexibility as an added bonus.

5) How likely are you to continue with mobility training?

I can't imagine not having what I've learnt in my routine. Need a break from work? Break out a few CARS. Warming up for a workout? Add some mobility in. Waiting in a line? CARS time!

6) Any other feedback or comments?

JK Mobility is a game changer and will change the way you think of mobility. Easy to follow routines that are scalable based on your own mobility. I saw results faster than I thought and will recommend to anyone who has issues with ongoing pain or wants their body to function better than ever.

James is a highly professional and attentive instructor and he is a living example of our highest potential in our physical mobility and flexibility.

I have since noticed stronger core and overall feeling better knowing I'm using all my muscles which we don't necessarily use in day to day life..

I absolutely suggest trying the mobility exercise for your self and u will thank yourself later.
