  • Mobility training classes offer a dynamic blend of stretching and active movement, designed to enhance both flexibility and strength. Participants will learn targeted exercises aimed at improving joint health, body awareness, and overall strength.

  • Mobility Training is accessible and beneficial for individuals of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities.

  • Through this practice, you will experience strengthened joint health and mobility, improved body control, expanded functional range of motion and deeper understanding of your body’s individual needs.

  • Our team will confirm your enrolment, and you'll schedule regular sessions. During these sessions, the coach will guide you through exercises, ensuring proper form and technique in practice.

  • If you are unable to attend a class, a written notice is required at least 4 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice will result in the forfeiture of your session, which cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

    If you are running late, please inform us. A 5 minute grace period is allowed, after which your session will be forfeited.
