JK Movement ("we", "us") runs this website and the Stay On The Mats membership. We take your privacy seriously and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you visit this site, we and our advertising partners may collect information about your visit through cookies and similar technology, such as the pages you view and the buttons you tap. When you sign up for the membership, you give your details (such as your name and email address) to our coaching platform, Everfit, and payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card details.

How we use it

We use this information to deliver the membership, communicate with you, improve our website and programs, and show relevant ads, including through the Meta Pixel on Facebook and Instagram.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services we use to run the business, such as Everfit, Stripe, Meta and our website host. These services may store data outside Australia. We don't sell your personal information.

Cookies and ads

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing us. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
